1.)(0:00)- Tia goes over some astral travel tips that include using a clock to set a ticking sounds to focus to help get the internal dialogue to stop. We also hear of the energy it took her to turn a lock astrally.

2.)(8:41)- Karra scolds me for letting her sister rummage through my mind to find the roller blades Karra had hidden. She has some ideas on how to help me get solid up there so we explore the possibilities.

1.)(0:00)- Tia spends most of the side going over fluctuations in the stock market, scandals being investigated in the government and issues taking place across the planet that are part of her research.

2.)(31:43)- Omal only has a few minutes and uses them to again highlight the global events taking place around the world. He puts then all in context that he will bring all together when he finishes on side two.

1.)(0:00)- Omal explains how all of the world events are related to one another but in a positive way. What he sees is something that is keeping people from being more independent.

2.)(4:05)- Ashtar offers a dissertation on defending the group consciousness of our little group that gathers for the channeling sessions but also about defending the group consciousness of the planet.

3.)(11:31)- Karra brings a less serious side to the channeling session and helps clarify what Ashtar said. We also have a discussion on medics on a battlefield and the hard choices that have to be made.

4.)(28:40)- Kiri gets us to the end of the tape with a discussion on changes to the webpage as far as her age. From that we find that she was born on the moon of teh cold nights which roughly means our winter.

3.)(28:04)- This is the night where Karra and I are to be bonded and so we are both pretty excited. We are able to go over her trusting of my healing of a patient of hers on the base while in my astral form.

4.)(38:31)- Kiri talks about the outfit she is to wear to the ceremony where she will be bonded to Mark with us. She lets me know that the child of Mark and herself will be with her during the bonding.

1.)(0:00)- Omal starts a record short side two answering my questions on the upcoming ceremony. We then move on to how the Israelites brought down the walls of Jericho by the use of an Atlantean crystal.

2.)(7:20)- Korton and I also go over some of the details of the soon to be bonding ceremony such as Mark possibly using a sword to cut the cake. We find out Kiri had to be talked into the smearing of the cake.

3.)(11:45)- Luna makes a rare appearance to help us get a better understanding of how Atlantis could have disappeared off the face of the planet. We look at possible places it may have been but now covered.

2.)(6:29)- Karra helps a guest with the reasons that acne and split ends were happening. She also reveals she has been studying the effects of drugs and alcohol and lets us know which make you aggressive.

3.)(26:32)- Kiri expands on the subject she started before on the relationships on a higher dimension with the emphasis on how making love and sex are two different things. One is spiritual and one is not.

3.)(21:25)- Karra returns to discuss the twin offspring growing inside her and how they were still trying to decide which gender to be. Also, in charge of the housing in her area, she arranges a special night for us.

4.)(27:41)- Kiri gets to try an experiment of standing Mark's body up and walking around for a couple of steps. We find out that getting rejuvenated to improve the body is a waste of one of rejuvenations allowed.
