Watcher was a member of the base assigned by the Command to monitor Mark, myself and my girlfriend at the time who is pregnant with our son. Even though they normally worked for Tia, there was a concern about the home environment and the health of the baby. The watcher was brought in to report on their observations to help with bringing harmony to the home. This person like Treebeard, had a little trouble with the English language.
