This is Communiqué Number 13.
Due to the number of earthquakes in the last two month and the on
going
fighting in Angola that has been going on for 25 years and the invasion
of
Chechnya we are updating the Defcon standing.
This is a world wide ALERT. I say again this is a WORLD WIDE ALERT.
We are now at Defcon 2. I Repeat WE ARE NOW AT DEFCON 2.
